How to use Syotai-Biyori Services

Reservations Online (*Please make a reservation at least 3 business days in advance.)

  • If you are already a member, please log in via Member Log in.
  • Select a desired restaurant or a hotel from our online portfolio, press the「Make Reservation」button. Fill in the form and click on the 「Complete Reservation」 button.
  • The reservation desk will receive your request and contact the desired restaurant or hotel to make a reservation.
  • The reservation desk will notify you of the result of your reservation request. If we are able to make a reservation, we will send a Reservation Confirmation Form to you via email or FAX.
  • Enjoy special membership privileges on the day of the reservation.

Reservations by Phone (*Please make a reservation at least 3 business days in advance.)

  • Select a desired restaurant or a hotel from our online portfolio, and call the Syotai-Biyori reservation desk. Inform us of the name of a restaurant or a hotel you wish to reserve, along with the time and date, and number of people attending.
  • The Syotai-Biyori reservation desk will receive your request and contact your desired restaurant or hotel to make a reservation.
  • The reservation desk will notify you of the result of your reservation request. If we are able to make a reservation, we will send a Reservation Confirmation Form to you via email or FAX.
  • Enjoy special membership privileges on the day of the reservation.
AT THE RESTAURANT
Just tell your name to a restaurant host and enjoy dining at the selected restaurant and special membership privileges. Pay after you’ve dined directly to the restaurant.
※Pre-fixed meals DO NOT include charges for drinks or additional side dishes, service charges and tax.

THE RESERVATION DESK BUSINESS HOURS & HOLIDAYS
Monday - Friday, 10:00-19:00
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese public holidays.
Please Note: Requests sent outside the business hours will be proceeded on the following working day.
HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION(※Except Sat., Sun., and PH)
●Change or cancel your reservation by phone
  • Please call to the reservation desk to change or cancel your reservation.
※The reservation desk business hours: weekdays 10:00~19:00.
●Change or cancel your reservation by email
  • Please reply to the reservation confirmation email in your inbox or fill in a Contact Us form at our homepage (Title: Change/Cancel Reservation).
  • The reservation desk will receive your request and notify you of the result of cancellation or changes.
  • Please Note: Requests sent after 19:00 will be proceeded on the following working day.
※If you make cancellation directly to a restaurant, the reservation status will remain active on our website.
※If you fail to arrive to a restaurant on the day of reservation, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
