Syotai-Biyori Terms of Service

Before using Syotai-Biyori Services please carefully read this information relating to your use of Syotai-Biyori membership privileges. By using Syotai-Biyori Services you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use Syotai-Biyori Services.

Who can use Syotai-Biyori

Complimentary services are intended for groups that include at least one Syotai-Biyori member: an individual member or a corporate member.
※Complimentary services only cover one person’s meal even if 2 or more members dine together. In cases where a group plan is used, 2 meals will be free of charge. More detailed information about the Group Plan is listed below.

Period of Use of Syotai-Biyori Services

A period・・・From the 1st of April to the 30th of September of each year
B period ・・・From the 1st of October to the 31st of March of each year
Members are limited to one complimentary meal per restaurant every 6 months (during the A or B periods).

Syotai-Biyori Restaurant Service Policy

(1)
This complimentary service is for parties of two or more. (It may not be used for a party of one.)
(2)
We are unable to accommodate table-only reservations (children seats excepted).
(3)
This complimentary service is good for one customer per reservation. (The complimentary service only covers one person’s meal even if two or more members dine together; in case of use of a Group Plan, two (2) meals will be free of charge.)
(4)
Please contact us at least 3 days prior to the date you wish to make a reservation or with any changes to your reservation.
(5)
If you change or cancel your reservation less than 3 days in advance or fail to arrive at the restaurant on the date of the reservation without contacting us beforehand to change or cancel your reservation, you may be subject to a cancellation fee (determined according to each restaurant’s respective policy).
(6)
Please, contact us during business days to make or change your reservation. The reservation desk is closed on holidays and weekends, and so, for reservations on weekends and/or public holidays, contact us on the previous business day.
(7)
Please note that we may not be able to satisfy your wishes depending on restaurant availability.
(8)
This complimentary service may not be used in conjunction with other complimentary services.
(9)
Complimentary services are not available on certain dates for some restaurants (e.g., during fairs, at Christmas time, on Year-end and New Year’s holidays, etc.). Please contact us if you have any questions.
(10)
The complimentary service generally applies to dinner. However, some restaurants will honor the service during lunchtime. Please check each restaurant’s information section for details.
(11)
Prices found on this website do not include taxes or service charges. Please note that service charges vary from restaurant to restaurant; for some restaurants, an additional service charge, a table charge, or a private room fee may be charged separately. Goods and Service Tax (8% in Japan) will be charged separately as well.
(12)
Prix-fixe meals DO NOT include charges for drinks or additional side dishes. Please pay for these separately.

Syotai-Biyori Hotel Services Policy

(1)
This complimentary service is for one room per reservation.
(2)
The room rates include only charges for the room. Charges for breakfast, dinner or any additional services ARE NOT included. Please pay for these separately.
(3)
Please contact us at least 3 days prior to the date you wish to make a reservation or with any changes to your reservation.
(4)
If you change or cancel your reservation less than 3 days before or fail to arrive at the hotel on the date of the reservation without contacting us beforehand to change or cancel your reservation, you may be subject to a cancellation fee (determined according to each hotel’s respective policy).
(5)
Please, contact us during business days to make or change your reservation. The reservation desk is closed on holidays and weekends, and so, for reservations on weekends and/or public holidays, contact us on the previous business day.

Please note that we may not be able to satisfy your wishes depending on room availability.

This complimentary service is for parties of 2 people. If you wish to make a reservation for 3 or more people, an extra bed or crib can be requested; note that an extra bed charge can be charged separately. Please contact us for more details. (For some hotels, only single rooms are available.)

This complimentary service may not be used in conjunction with other complimentary services.
(9)
