Membership Registration
Please read carefully the following Terms and Conditions of Registration and Membership and agree to them before proceeding to registration.
JCB Platinum Restaurant Service by SYOTAI BIYORI (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is a customized version of the "SYOTAI BIYORI" service offered by Field Planning K.K. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") to JCB Platinum and higher grade cardholders who use JCB Platinum and higher grade cards issued outside of Japan in specific countries and regions.

B period･･･From the 1st of October to the 31st of March of each year
Please note that last-minute changes and cancellations may incur a prescribed cancellation fee as determined by the store.
The company obtains personal information by the user himself/herself by filling in the membership registration page or the prescribed membership application form. In addition, when accepting reservations by telephone, the information is recorded to confirm the details of the reservation arrangements.
The personal information obtained by the company shall be used only to the extent considered necessary for the operation of the service, such as when making reservations at or contacting partner facilities, when sending information, questionnaires or promotional materials for our services or the services of partner facilities, and in the event of other problems or requests for submissions from supervisory and administrative authorities, and shall not be used for any other purpose and appropriate measures shall be taken for this.
Please note that you may not be able to use the service if your registered information is inaccurate.
2. Provision to a Third Party
The Company will provide the name, telephone number, allergy information and other information that is reasonably necessary for the reservation request to restaurants or facilities in Japan or abroad by telephone, email or fax.
3. Outsourcing
In order to achieve (1.) above, the company may outsource the work to a third party. Necessary and appropriate supervision of the contractor will be carried out to ensure that the personal information entrusted is managed safely by concluding an 'Information Leakage Prevention Agreement' with the contractor and confirming performance of the terms of the agreement.
4. Request for Disclosure
Regarding the acquired personal information, we will respond to requests for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties from the person himself or his agent.

Service Outline
JCB Platinum Restaurant Service dining privileges are valid for a predetermined by the listed restaurant course menu. When making a reservation for a party of two or more adults, an additional identical course will be complimentary for one person.Information Update
The service information update is held on April 1st and October 1st every year, however the details provided, such as restaurants, course content, prices, etc. may be subject to change without prior notice due to restaurant circumstances.Terms of Use
The use of this service is restricted to eligible cardholders of JCB Platinum and higher grade who possess JCB Platinum and higher grade cards issued outside of Japan. Access to this service can be obtained through a dedicated banner or link on the JCB Platinum website.・Membership Registration
Registration of membership is required for first-time users of this service. Provide your name and contact information, including email address and phone number, during the registration process. Please ensure to review our company's personal information protection policy prior to registration, and provide acceptance as part of the registration process.・Usage Conditions

・Reservation Changes and Cancellations
