Sukiyaki restaurant specializing in Ise beef with over 100 years history, run by a well-established butcher shop in Ise
Ise beef is a Japanese black beef progenitor of Matsuzaka beef. Cattle, only heifers, over 30 months old are used for Ise beef. Enjoy large, thick cuts of Ise meat with triple soy sauce and sugar, and traditional flavors that have been loved and handed down by generations, such as Ise's "yaki" sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, and steak.
