When you make a reservation, please provide us with the name of your hotel or local contact number.

On the day of your reservation, please make sure to present your reservation confirmation email to the restaurant staff.
If you are late for over 15 minutes, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee according to each restaurant’s cancelation policy.
