Important Information for Dining in South Korea
- Due to time differences and public holidays, please submit your reservation request at least 7–10 business days in advance.
Reservation Desk Hours: 10:00–19:00 (JST)・Reservation requests, reservation change requests, and inquiries received after 19:00 will be accepted and processed on the next business day.・Please note that the Reservation Desk is closed during the New Year holiday period. - When making a reservation, please provide the name of your hotel or a local contact number.
・The restaurant may contact your hotel or local contact number to reconfirm your reservation.
- On the day of your reservation, please present your reservation confirmation email to the restaurant staff.
- Prices in South Korea include tax and do not include service charges.
・A 10% VAT (consumption tax) is included in all prices.
- If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be considered cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply in accordance with the restaurant's cancellation policy.
- Smoking is prohibited in all restaurant seating areas.
