Sister restaurant of Ristorante Rega in Motomachi, Yokohama. The interior of the restaurant has a simple yet luxurious feel with white as its base color. Everything from the bread to the petit fours is homemade. All dishes are exquisite, using organic vegetables directly from contract farmers, fresh seafood delivered from fishing ports around Japan, and black Japanese beef from Hokkaido.
