The Daisen Wagyu oftentimes leads the competition in the Best Meat Quality category. “Kyoshotei” is the only restaurant in the world to serve Daisen Wagyu in the Japanese style of yakiniku and to try the Daisen Wagyu outside Tottori prefecture.
